Attorney Jen Goellnitz

ATTORNEY JEN GOELLNITZ

Jen Goellnitz is an experienced lemon law attorney and a skilled brief writer who enjoys collaborating and working “behind the scenes” to help consumers solve their legal problems. She is intimately familiar with the unique issues that arise in vehicle breach of warranty cases, having assisted for over a decade in preparing and litigating these cases through every step in the civil process. As a brief writer, she has researched and crafted creative arguments and successfully responded to complex dispositive motions filed by nearly every major vehicle manufacturer.

Prior to coming on board with the Jeffries Law Firm, Jen honed her writing skills in law school as managing editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and as a research assistant in the area of legal ethics. She gained experience with the lemon law and breach of warranty cases specifically while working for fifteen years as the brief writing and research attorney at a law firm with a multi-state practice.

When she is not helping consumers, Jen can usually be found either writing award-winning historical fiction under her pen name or tucked behind a camera. Jen is an accomplished nature photographer who specializes in birds, and her photos have been published by a variety of organizations including the Cleveland Metroparks, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and Bird Note. Jen also volunteers as a photographer for the American Battlefield Trust, and her battlefield images have graced the cover, and are often featured in, the Trust’s magazine, Hallowed Ground.
